FAQs

  • How do I book a class?
You can book a class via our Schedule page on our website or Instagram link. Select the class you prefer, choose your plan option, then proceed to payment. All payments are taken online with a credit card. PLEASE NOTE: After you make payment, you will be taken back to the booking form page, where you will be prompted to "Complete your booking". Make sure to select 'Book Now' again to reserve your spot in the class. If you already have a package, you can log in to your personal profile via our website then select a class on our schedule.
  • Can I just turn up to class without booking?
We highly recommend booking online prior to your class as there are only 8 spots. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee you will get a spot if you show up without a booking.
  • I am a beginner. Which class should I book?
Our classes are strong but accessible to all levels, with options and modifications for each exercise. Our Flow class is our more slower paced, with less advancements compared to the others. There will be a quick intro at the start of class for anyone who is new to reformer Pilates, however if you would like a more indepth and complete introduction we recommend starting off with one or more private classes. This way, you can learn all about the machine, basic movements and correct alignment and technique. This will help you feel more comfortable and confident in our group classes going forward. See our rates and enquire on our Pricing page.
  • I need to cancel my class, what is the Cancellation Policy?
We have a strict 2 hour cancellation window. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid being charged the class rate or forfeited a class credit. You can do this by logging in to your account via the website. Go to 'My Bookings' to manage your booking. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Any cancellation or rescheduling after this 2 hour window will result in a forfeit of one class from your plan (Class Passes) or full payment of a class (Drop In Pass). If you are having trouble managing your bookings please contact us on WhatsApp at your earliest convenience and we will try our best to accomodate you. All packages are for personal use only and cannot be shared among multiple individuals. All packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • Can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
  • How far in advance can I book a class?
Our booking system opens 14 days prior to class.
  • I have a KITAS/ I am a local, how do I get the discount?
KITAS holders and Indonesian citizens are entitled to a discount. After you select a class on the schedule, use the dropdown menu to select a discount plan option, then proceed to online payment. *You must show your valid KITAS by sending a screenshot of it to our WhatsApp number at the time of purchase, or showing our reception staff on arrival. If you do not have proof of a valid KITAS you will be charged the non KITAS pricing. **Locals pricing is only for Lombok citizens. Non Lombok Indonesian citizens are entitled to the KITAS pricing.
  • What do I wear and bring?
You can wear anything you would wear to the gym or a yoga class - stretchy clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. Please bring a water bottle.
  • Arrival and Check In
The studio opens 15 minutes before class. Please check in at reception before heading upstairs to the studio. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before class so you can settle in before we start.
  • Clean Hands
To keep our reformer machines clean, please spray your hands with our sanitiser as you enter the studio. Our hand sanitiser is made from 100% natural ingredients and free from harmful chemicals.
  • Socks
For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks must be worn in the studio at all times to prevent slipping off the machines. Socks can be purchased in the studio. Please take your shoes off before entering the studio.
  • No Phones
Please make sure phones are on silent and put away during class. Filming is not allowed during the class.
  • I am pregnant, can I still attend class?
While reformer Pilates can be a safe and effective form of exercise during pregnancy, our classes may be more vigorous than traditional pilates so it may not be suitable. You must receive your doctor's approval before attending classes. If you have received permission from your doctor, please inform your instructor of your pregnancy so they can adapt the workout to cater for your needs.
  • I have some injuries, can I still attend class?
While reformer Pilates can be used as rehabilitation for some injuries, it is important to remember that we are not a physiotherapy reformer studio. We strongly recommend speaking with your GP, Physiotherapist or medical provider before coming to a class. Please inform your instructor of any injuries prior to class to ensure you are not putting yourself at risk.
