This class is designed to enhance your surfing performance by building functional strength, stability, endurance and mobility. Improve core control, balance, and full-body strength to power your paddling, activate key muscles for smoother pop-ups, and maintain control through every movement.


Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 2 hour cancellation window. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid being charged the class rate or forfeited a class credit.You can do this by logging in to your account via the website to manage your booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling after this 2 hour window will result in a forfeit of one class from your plan (Class Passes) or full payment of a class (Drop In Pass). Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. All purchases are for individual use and are non-transferrable.
